Farcroft Homes Ltd was established when the husband and wife team realised that their joint professions in construction, legal and conveyancing, could manifest their passion for delivering high-quality family homes that are unique and professionally designed.
Szczepan Kobryn, former owner of a well-established construction company in Bournemouth and Monika Kobryn, a conveyancer, have been working for several years with a team of professional and experienced architects, planning consultants and interior designers delivering high-quality properties to clients.
They have worked on various construction projects, including;
- contemporary residential new builds
- old and derelict property conversions into sympathetic and stylish homes
- commercial properties converted into stunning residential homes.
One of the projects, The Metropolitan, was awarded Best Conversion in Dorset by the Local Authority.
The Everglades was nominated for this award.
