The Metropolitan
Located opposite the Civic Centre, the former Poole Police Station is a prominent landmark in Poole and with its conversion into residential apartments it required a sensitive approach respecting the existing buildings Art Deco inspired architecture.
ARC Architecture Ltd conversion scheme demolished the old cell blocks to the rear of the Police Station and created a new contemporary wing to the rear courtyard. The partnership approach achieved a high-spec stunning finish of 52 one and two bedroomed apartments.
